How long will my order take to arrive?

Every item is made to order through our fulfillment partners (Printful and Apliiq).
Production typically takes 5–9 business days, and shipping usually adds 3–7 business days depending on your location.
You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.
Email support@coastwardsupply.com within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo of the item and packing slip
We’ll replace the item at no cost to you.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each product is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll replace it.
