Refund Policy
All Coastward products are made to order through our production partners. Because each item is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or refunds for sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A clear photo of the item
• A photo of the packing slip (if available)
Once reviewed, we will issue a free replacement for qualifying issues.
Non‑Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Dislike of fit or feel
• Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
Please double‑check your size and address before placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin production shortly after they are placed.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been submitted.
If you need help, reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.
Lost Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check:
• Your mailbox or parcel locker
• With neighbors or building staff
• Alternate delivery locations around your home
If the carrier is unable to locate the package, we will review the situation and determine next steps.
Wrong Address
If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, we are not able to refund or replace the order.
If the package is returned to our production partner, we can reship it to the correct address at your cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the made‑to‑order nature of our products.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it.
