Every Coastward product is made to order through our production partners. This allows us to reduce waste and create intentional, small‑batch pieces. Because of this model, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost.

Production Time

Each item is created after your order is placed.

Production typically takes 5–9 business days.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

Wrong Address

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, we cannot refund or replace the order.

If the package is returned to our production partner, we can reship it to the correct address at your cost.

Returns & Exchanges

Made‑to‑Order Policy

Because each item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered

• Change of mind

• Dislike of fit or feel

• Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

Please double‑check your size and address before placing your order.

Order Issues

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@coastwardsupply.com with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• A clear photo of the item

• A photo of the packing slip (if available)

We’ll review the issue and send a free replacement for qualifying cases.

Lost Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you can’t locate it, please check:

• Your mailbox or parcel locker

• With neighbors or building staff

• Alternate delivery spots around your home

If the carrier cannot locate the package, we’ll review the situation and determine next steps.
